  • What is Lüt?

    Lüt is a mobile payment app that lets you make payments directly from your phone. It connects to your bank account, allowing you to load money into a mobile wallet for fast and secure transactions. There are no interest charges on purchases, and you earn cash back on everything you buy!

  • Why are there two dots over the letter 'u' in Lüt? 

    The "ü" in our name is called an umlaut. It’s common in many languages and is pronounced "ooh." We added it as a fun touch that makes our logo look like a smile!

  • Is Lüt secure? 

    Absolutely. We use advanced encryption and security protocols to safeguard your financial information and transactions. Plus, you can enable facial recognition for extra security when logging in.

  • Are there any hidden fees with Lüt? 

    No. Lüt is completely free to use—there are no monthly fees, and no fees on your purchases.

  • How do I make a payment with Lüt?

    You can use Lüt to pay merchants that accept it (look for our logo at the register or on their website).


    To make a payment:

       

       In-store:

    • Open the app and tap the "Pay" button at the bottom of the screen.
    • Show the QR code on your phone to the merchant.
    • The merchant will scan the QR code. Payment complete!

       

       Online:

    • If the retailer accepts Lüt, select it as your payment method during checkout.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your purchase.

  • How do I add funds to my Lüt Wallet? 

    To add funds to your Lüt Wallet: 


    Navigate to your Wallet > Tap on "Add Funds” > Enter the amount you wish to transfer from your linked bank account > Confirm the amount you wish to transfer 

     

    Your transfer should appear in your Lüt wallet within 1-3 business days.


  • How do I withdraw funds from my Lüt Wallet? 

    To transfer funds from your Lüt Wallet to your linked bank account: 


    Navigate to your Wallet > Tap on "Transfer Out” > Enter the amount you wish to transfer to your linked bank account > Confirm the amount you wish to transfer 

     

    Your transfer should appear in your bank account within 1-3 business days.

    Please note that the transfer amount is deducted from your Lüt Wallet immediately. 

  • How does Lüt Rewards work?

    You'll earn cash back on every purchase you make. Plus, after each purchase, you can write a review for the merchant. The more reviews you write, the more cash back you can earn!

  • What is Lüt PayDay?

    Every Friday is Lüt PayDay! The cash-back rewards you earn from purchases throughout the week is deposited into your Wallet on Fridays. Additionally, if you've redeemed any merchant offers, these rewards will also be deposited on Lüt PayDay.
